Author registration:

The authors are required to pay the full early registration fee (either IEEE Member or Non-IEEE Member) even in case the author is a student. In addition, each paper needs full registration. For example, if one author has two papers, the authors/co-authors need to register for each paper. A paper cannot be published in the proceedings unless one of the authors has registered.
